A potential housing and trading center project plan to stat the construction in Takmao city very soon, which the entire project will be completed in 2018 with the capital investment about 100 million dollars.
The River Center City is the name of a giant construction project which is the cooperation of local company, RCC Co., Ltd with 51% shares and development country from Malaysia with 49% shares. The project includes shopping mall, two 27-floor condominiums with 2-floor underground parking lot. The surrounding of the both condominium will consist of 68 flats. The layout of the project of The River Center City is designed by A-seven Corporation, which is a famous company in Thailand.
Both condominium building include 552 units, which are divided into 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, Duplex and Pent House. The first 5 ground floors are used for super market and shopping mall. The 6th floor will have a big swimming pool with gymnastic, steam, and sauna. From 7th to 27th floor is for accommodation. On the top of the building’s roof will have restaurant and sky bar.
