Ajax Amsterdam manager Frank de Boer has declared Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi the best player in the world ahead of the Dutch giants’ Champions League encounter with the Camp Nou outfit.
Argentina international Messi has won Ballon d’Or four times already at the age of 27.
